Shakespearean Adventures is a roleplaying game of adventure in the world of Shakespeare's plays - a world of magic, mystery, comedy and tragedy.

Shakespearean Adventures uses the Oroborus core rules with adaptations for the setting of Shakespeare's Italian plays. The book includes complete rules, extensive background, story synopses of the plays featured and six complete adventures. Plays covered include The Tempest, Romeo & Juliet and Merchant of Venice.

Several supplements are planned for this system, bringing other parts of Shakespeare's work to life.

Schools will find Shakespearean Adventures valuable as an engaging way to get students interested in literature from a new perspective.

Shakespearean Adventures is currently scheduled for release in book form in 1999. It will be over 100 pages of text, perfect-bound, with a color cover and tipped in full-color interior illustrations. The total price for the book will be $18.
