One of the unusual things which we've collected and put into a digital format is antique maps. These include some very old maps and also relatively recent maps on historical topics. Regional, national and urban maps are available and we're rapidly adding more and more maps in full color as well as traditional black and white.

We have two collections of maps of the ancient world. The first is a collection of actual ancient maps or improved renderings based on ancient sources (SIL2011-$18), including ancient Greece, the Holy Land and the entire Ancient World from Greek sources. The second is a collection of 19th century maps of the ancient world drawn accurately and to scale (SIL2012-$18), including all of the major areas of classical civilization and biblical significance.

We have two collections of medieval maps. The first is a collection of unusual maps drawn in the middle ages, including the Anglo Saxon world map and viking exploratory maps (SIL2012-$18). The second is a collection of 19th century maps of the medieval world and medieval nations, drawn accurately and to scale (SIL2022-$18), including some detailed maps and plans of famous battles during the Hundred Years War and other conflicts.

Two extensive collections of period maps of colonial America. The first is a collection of regional and exploratory maps of North America (SIL2031-$18), plus some military maps from the time of the French and Indian War. The second is a collection of detailed period maps and plans of American cities (SIL2032-$18), including major cities in the French and Spanish colonies.

Two great collections of period maps of Americain the 19th century. The first has a combination of state and territory maps and detailed railroad and canal route maps (SIL2041-$18), plus explorers maps of the frontier. The second is an extensive collection of detailed period maps and plans of American cities (SIL2042-$18).

Two outstanding collections of period maps of Victorian Europe. The first is a collection of national and regional maps of all parts of Europe, including maps showing the sub-divisions of Germany and Italy prior to unification plus some railroad and canal maps. (SIL2051-$18). The second is a collection of detailed period maps and plans of European cities (SIL2052-$18), including Rome, Paris, London and many smaller cities and towns. Includes many maps drawn from Baedeker's and other period travel guides.

We offer four different collections of maps in color. These are all 17th to 19th century maps with exceptional detail and color tinting and decoration. The colelctions include European Maps (SCI3101-$18), New World Exploration Maps (SCI3102-$18), Oriental Maps (SCI3103-$18) and English Region Maps (SCI3104-$18).
